Band
Band is available as an elective for 5th through 8th grades under the direction of Mr. Mike Peterson. A band lesson fee of $50 per student per year is charged by the school and students are required to have their own instruments and equipment. Instruction is available for flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets, trombones and percussion.
Music Classes
Music classes are part of the school curriculum for all grades. Under the direction of Mr. Larry Howell, age-appropriate instruction includes music performance, appreciation and composition. An all-school Christmas Concert is held near the holidays and there are opportunities to participate in a spring musical.
